Gamma 5: Defend your base
Defend!
This mission starts off with a bang. The Программа вторжения НЕКСУС has infiltrated the computers at the Командный центр. Luckily, you have units from the away mission nearby to destroy the Командный центр quickly. Before you rebuild, quickly research Программы сопротивления НЕКСУС. This technology has three levels, and by the time you reach the third, your units will be well-protected. Until then, NEXUS will absorb several of your units and even some of your structures. Unfortunately, your Исследования center is a main target. If it's taken over, build a new one quickly.
The defenses you built earlier should slow the enemy's advance seriously, if it doesn't stop it altogether. Position large combat groups at the entrances to your bases. NEXUS units will arrive on the map at the northwest and in the center of the western edge. Either way, they must move though the kill zones you established. Your artillery emplacements will blast them to pieces, while your units finish off survivors. When no more NEXUS units exist on the map, the mission is complete.
